In this role, this candidate may receive calls that contain level 1-3 issues. Most of the time they are helping out Associates and Partners with Microsoft Office issues they encounter. The ideal candidate is a go getter who can deal with pressure situations.
Telephone, remote and desk side support services are required. Specialist must be available for special projects for the department or practice areas as requested, generally during shift hours, and must be willing and able to move all computer and printer equipment.
Must have 1-2+ years in a Helpdesk role
Familiarity with computer network concepts and Windows operating systems (XP Pro and Win7)
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (2007 and 2010) and Visio (or equivalent)
Must have the ability to troubleshoot remote access applications (Citrix) on firm and home computers.
