How you will serve our residents and our community:
Consistently and genuinely demonstrates the STARS principles of Service, Teamwork, Action, Reputation and Success in all activities and interactions.
Greets, engages and assists residents, family members, guests, and vendors in a vibrant, c ourteous and professional manner.
Answers internal and external telephone calls, intercom, and pages.
Promotes programs, outings and events, encourages participation, and assists residents and/or guests with registration.
Supports community sales efforts by engaging visitors and prospective residents, collecting information, and promoting Brightview as a great place to live.
Maintains building security, monitors security systems including the emergency call system and responds a ccordingly.
Manages the operation and maintenance of all office equipment and communication devices.
Manages mail and newspaper delivery.
Assists Community Relations Director with marketing efforts through appropriate interactions with prospective residents and guests and other duties as directed.
Assists Business Office Manager with ordering and maintaining adequate inventory of office and community supplies.
Participates in and attends all required in-service training sessions.
Other duties as assigned.
There are no supervisory responsibilities in this position.
With our residents in mind, the right candidate will have:
High school diploma or equivalent certificate.
Computer literacy sufficient to do data entry and basic typing.
Knowledge of office equipment operations.
Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities.
Positive attitude, enthusiasm and energy.
Strong customer orientation to older adults.
Ability to effectively communicate in English.
