To assist guests in obtaining requested itineraries prior to and during
their stay and to increase incremental revenue to the resort

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform
each essential job result satisfactorily. The employee is responsible for
the following -job results-.

Maintains guest and homeowner relationships

Calling guests in advance of stay, asking if they would like assistance
in obtaining additions their itineraries; being able to discuss the
adventures, community information, activities, events, etc, so that a
guest would choose to take additional services that would add revenue
opportunities that do not currently exist.

Maintains a relationship with resort and community vendors that provide
services for the guests

Meeting them, providing necessary information for direct billing,
understanding the services that the vendors are providing.

Provides seamless billing for the guest and timely payment for the

Working closely with the accounting team, maintaining accurate
records and an organized process to follow up on all accounts.

Creates a better guest and homeowner experience, and exceeding
Making it easy for the guests to move throughout the resort and
community with planned itineraries and reservations. One stop
shopping - one bill for the guest.

Provides assistance to the front desk staff
Answering phones and being accessible to the guests

Maintains a checklist of daily procedures
Logging all necessary information, following up with guests in house,
making necessary reservations for upcoming guests, applying charges
to folios and making sure all accounting practices are followed.

Provides information for the guests of the resort
Maintaining knowledge of the resort and its daily operations, providing
informational literature and dispensing information as requested by

Maintains a near and orderly work station
Attending to detail, cleanliness and order of all guest service locations

Maintains a professional image and manner
Wearing the provided uniform, speaking to guests with a positive
attitude and pleasant demeanor.

Accomplishing related results as needed.

Prior Experience
Specific Experience: Guest service, sales, or hospitality
related field
