Chosen candidate will be an integral contributor to the Guest Relations Dept. The mission of the department is to inspire loyalty for life within patients. The primary responsibilities are to demonstrate superior customer service skills and to seek out opportunities to assist patients. This includes providing direction to patients on how to successfully reach their desired location, provide directional assistance to the clinic from callers, seek out opportunities to WOW and help facilitate the transport services process.
This position is classified as heavy work. Successful applicants must be able to walk and/or stand for eight hours a day. Must be able to push wheelchairs carrying patients of any size; large to small. Additional skill required are: communication, customer service, providing directions within the clinic and between our Main Campus and satellite locations, memorization of physician names, departments and locations as well as answer phones on a multi-line switchboard.
