Incumbent will be an integral contributor to the Guest Relations Dept. The primary responsibilities are to demonstrate superior customer service skills, seek out opportunities to assist patients. This includes providing direction to patients on how to successfully reach their desired location, provide directional assistance to the clinic from callers, seek out opportunities to WOW, call transport services when asked, and help facilitate the transport services process.
High school diploma/GED is required. Good communication skills are essential as is the ability to handle patients that may need special attention or services. Must be dependable, punctual and able to conduct themselves in a matter appropriate for a healthcare facility. Must be flexible with work schedule have flexibility to work different days and hours needed.
