Physical Requirements
Sitting for long periods of time. Lifting up to 25 lbs. Setting up tables and chairs. Moving computers.

12:30 p.m. – 4:30 p.m. Monday-Friday (20 hours each week). Occasional evenings, weekends.

Job Summary
Schedule and setup meetings and conferences and make sure all technology needs are met; maintain registrations for workshops; make all signage and graphics; maintain display; produce brochures, flyers, programs; maintain website following UK policies; keep(Quicksand and Robinson Forest) computers updated; program videotaping; maintain Youtube and UStream accounts; assist Campus Network Communications specialists with networks at all RCARS location; serve as secondary office assistant – as unit procard editor, SRM shopper and receiver, PRD creator, preparing journal vouchers, serving as cashier, make daily deposits at off campus bank location, prepare online check/cash transmittals, provide other departments with financial documentation; answer phone; collect and open mail; filing; assist individuals with information pertaining to RCARS ; motor pool reservations (backup).

Skills / Knowledge / Abilities
Microsoft Excel, Word, Publisher, Powerpoint; Adobe Acrobat and Dreamweaver; and SAP / IRIS .
