The Configuration Analyst will participate in a diverse range of projects, engage in software development life cycle activities and see concepts through to real life deployments around the world. This is a hands-on coding role working closely with Engineering, Operations, and management personnel to conceptualize, design, deliver, and document a multitude of integrations, tools, and capabilities to the Managed Services BU. This is a fast paced environment with a constant flux of software and product integration challenges but will provide exposure to a lot of different technologies and methods.
Create software, integrations, and utilities related to Managed Services Operations.
Create cross product and workflow integrations through product APIs, Web Services, REST, and SQL/ETL techniques.
Participate in the requirements, design, coding, review, and testing phases of the software development process.
Interact with project managers and other software engineers to ensure technical integrity and successful delivery of high quality software products and projects.
Facilitate the review of own software and software designs by other staff.
Develop and maintain technical competencies as defined by departmental management.
Provide services in a professional manner, adhering to all CHR Solutions standards as identified in the Employee Handbook, the performance evaluation system, and other company and departmental programs and policies.
Identify, meet and/or exceed client expectations within defined parameters related to delivery of services, quality, revenue, and sales goals.
It is expected that the incumbent shall perform other duties as assigned within his/her capabilities as determined by management, and based on the needs of the business
Education and Experience Requirements
Bachelor degree in Computer Science, MIS, or related field preferred.
Equivalent combination of education and experience accepted.

Proficient with Perl, PHP, and familiar with C#, VB, Java languages on both Windows and Linux.
Familiarity with administration and development on LAMP platforms.
Experience writing SQL on various Databases.
Familiarity using source code control systems.
Ability to effectively utilize MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
Familiarity with ITIL.
One or more years of programming experience including experience from internships, cooperatives, or class projects that involve design, development, testing, and maintenance.
