The Configuration Analyst is responsible for understanding and interpreting customer requirements for their wellness program, which includes plan years, products, incentive programs, challenges and events to be set up in the VHMS platform. This individual will work with the Manager of Service Delivery Configuration to assist with the gathering of client requirements and then perform all configuration of the needed elements for the employer’s wellness program before go live. In addition, this individual will provide feedback on ways to improve the process and system to allow for a more streamlined implementation and to improve scalability. This position will also be supporting Client Services on client issues, and helping to resolve customer and member support tickets through VHMS.
Requirements gathering during implementations and client renewals. Configuration of Employer is VCMS, Employer Plan Years, Products, Incentive Programs, Challenges, Events, and other components of the VHMS platform for new and existing clients. Document program details, updates & builds in VHMS once configured. Assist with troubleshooting problems that occur that are specific to set up. Provide support to internal and external customer for issue resolution. Provide feedback on ways the system and process can be improved. Maintain an in-depth knowledge and understanding of Viverae’s corporate strategy, plans, programs and critical issues in order to develop meaningful health management programming.
BA/BS, in a related field or commensurate experience
