Job Summary/Primary Focus
Provide expertise and be the authoritative lead in the consolidation of CWHS financial results

Key Responsibilities
  • Consolidate financial statements of 50 subsidiaries in accordance with IFRS
  • Interface with external auditors for semi-annual and annual audits
  • Coordinate and prepare supplemental audit schedules for parent company
  • Prepare balance sheet analytics for senior executive leadership
  • Analyze workers’ comp, general liability, and auto insurance policies
  • Manage Corporate US & Canada financial statements, including budget and forecasting
  • Responding to a variety of reports supplemental to the financial reporting
  • Manage the CWHS corporate accounting and the allocation of the related transactions
  • Contribute to the efforts of CWHS component businesses to accomplish quality consolidations and reporting
Minimum Qualifications & Abilities
  • Experience in consolidation accounting
  • Ability to manage a staff of accountants for accurate results
  • Strong technical accounting knowledge
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • At least Seven to Ten years post degree experience
  • Strong leadership and team development skills
  • Ability to operate, communicate and influence effectively at all levels within the organization

Education

Bachelor’s degree or higher in accounting
