JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
This is a skilled technical administrative position that reports directly to the Construction Manager and is the primary focal point for administrative duties within a large Oil & Gas Construction department. The position encompasses man power scheduling, billeting, and other administrative duties. Produce weekly manpower and statistical reports.

Weekly safety meetings

Customer service and attention to detail is of the essence as you will interface and communicate with various companies and organizations, both in person and via telephone.

REQUIRED SKILLS:
Minimum of 5 years of administrative experience - record keeping, filing, answering phones, computer work, general accounting duties.

Proficient verbal and written communication skills.

High level of Microsoft office experience and proficiency.

Attention to details and communication.

Strong computer experience and knowledge of Microsoft Office applications. Proficiency in databases a must Access, Word, Excel, Outlook, to include producing, proofing and analyzing reports. Ability to learn and adapt to various computer programs is essential.

Initiate and follow through to completion on a variety of projects.

Must be willing to work remote site North Slope Alaska location on a 2 week on/2 week off schedule, 12 hour day; unscheduled overtime either while on shift or working over; will also be expected to work holidays.

Strong interpersonal and communications skills a must.

High level of integrity and the ability to maintain confidentiality

Prior North Slope /remote experience

Advanced computer skills and proficiency in construction and business management software such as SAP, JDE, Microsoft Project, and Primavera.

Strong demonstrated leadership, communication, public speaking, ability to influence, and organizational skills.

EDUCATION:
High School Diploma or equivalient

Bachelor Degree - preferred
