We are seeking Administrative Assistant to work at our Houston office or Dallas office.
The duties include providing administrative support working with our Houston projects group, performing functions such as:
Handle receptionist responsibilities
Manage all incoming/outgoing mail and overnight packages
Compose and type routine correspondence
File correspondence, business development materials, project management and financial records
Assist with travel arrangements for executives
Manage the purchasing of office supplies, computer supplies, copier and printer supplies
Assist in the coordination and development of Invoicing
Conduct Market Sector research
Manage Client’s Vendor database system (ensuring Hill information is current)
Conduct Client Assessments
Monitor websites for Clients – RFQ’s, RFP’s etc (Track projects online)
Coordinate, arrange and handling marketing informational packages for distribution to potential clients
Assisting in the development and preparation of materials for proposals and interviews
Work locations will include main office and project site (Texas Southern University 2 days a week)
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Microsoft Office expertise (emphasis on Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Typing 45 wpm minimum.
Invoicing experience and office management skills.
BA degree is a PLUS
