Foot Locker Inc. is seeking a Construction Coordinator to join the Real Estate team. Reporting to the Director of Construction, incumbent will be responsible for providing operational support and coordinating project activities for the Construction team.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Issue contracts and purchase orders (PO) to GC’s for all capital projects.

Collect, log and review close out packages from GC in conformance with department standards.

Coordinate final invoices and sign off with PM for release of retention; verifies all documentation is included in packet including proper lien releases and certificate of occupancy.

Data entry of GC changes order (CO) costs and descriptions. Generate CO report to department.

Track and assembles necessary documentations according to lease requirements for the collection of tenant allowance and report progress to FSC and Real Estate.

Responsible for tracking of punch list progress and follow up with the PM and GC to insure completion of items to company standards.

Assist Project Manager in tracking open warranty issues utilizing reports issued from facility

Assist Project Manager (PM) with bid review process; this includes but not limited to gathering additional information from General Contractor (GC) and issuing award and rejection letters to GC.

Supports the construction PM in a variety of tasks including; obtaining owner furnished item (OFI) cost from the purchasing department, creating project budgets, developing OFI delivery schedules and tracking of dates.

Provide backup to store planning in distributing revised drawings to GC.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Experience:
Qualifications:
Requires an Associate’s degree or equivalent from a college or technical school and one year of related experience.

Must be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (i.e., Excel, Word, etc.) and Access.

Experience writing reports, business correspondents and procedural manuals.

Experience presenting to all levels of management.

Experience working on cross functional teams, multitasking and managing time independently with little direction.

Excellent communication skills.

Strong analytical and problem solving skills.

Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
