•Field supervises construction for capital projects and when requested on expense projects. Assists in project planning and schedules and monitors work progress and costs vs. plans. Insures contractor understanding and compliance with all refinery safe work practices, signs time sheets, audits permits, assures efficient and effective work progress and full completion of project work tasks, full incident reporting, and follow-up on any incident recommendations.
