We are seeking a Construction Documentation Specialist to join our Bellevue location
(or possibly Marysville Project Office) for an upcoming project.
This position will participate and
support the construction management team on a construction project slated to
last for 1-2 years. This position will sit in a blended project office. Position responsibilities may include
construction documentation, setting up project files and tracking spreadsheets,
preparing, editing and revising documents, maintaining calendars, attending
project meetings & taking notes, assisting with production and distribution
of project deliverables, and project filing.
We’re looking for candidates with
excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to
multi-task efficiently to join our team.
Qualified candidates will have 1+ years of
construction documentation experience, H.S. diploma, and a valid WA driver's
