We are currently searching for a Construction Loan Administrator to join our dynamic team! You will be primarily responsible for assisting the Loan Officers with a high level of service and support. This position will provide day to day support to the team to ensure customers receive consistent quality service, their inquiries are responded to, and operational situations are resolved promptly and efficiently.

IN THIS POSITION YOU WILL:

*Administer construction loan files by reviewing loan budgets and plan and cost reviews.Prepare excel spreadsheets outlining construction loan budgets by line item. *Monitor monthly draws and continually review construction loan progress with assistance from the CRE relationship manager. *Review and approve lien waivers, title continuations, and the funding of monthly requisitions. *Provide Active customer communication, service and execution. *Proactively respond to ongoing borrower requests. *Confirm monthly and current real estate/ other tax payments up to date insurance coverage, and Financial Statement Collection. *Assist in assuring a well organized and efficient commercial loan department. *Handle incoming customer calls as needed, determine needs and take ownership until solution is achieved. *Maintain accurate spreadsheets of any ongoing information requiring periodic reporting and be familiar with all resource systems. *Prepare Electronic Letter of Directions, service charges or late charge requests and payment posting and be familiar with system billing/posting characteristics. *Assist in maintaining customer profiles and assure loan information is accurate and up to date. *Assist in preparing and closing loan extensions and modifications *Monitor (along with Credit) upcoming maturities to assure credit file information is organized and available for annual review or renewal. *Any commercial loan related task as needed.

TO BE CONSIDERED YOU WILL NEED:

*Knowledge in Construction and Real Estate Lending. *Strong motivation with effective organization and problem solving skills. *Knowledge of banking products, services, policies, procedures and regulations. *Effective oral and written communication skills. *Strong decision making skills with particular attention to detail *Strong customer service with the ability to use various interpersonal styles and communication methods to effectively adapt to processes or cultures to achieve bank goals. *Computer literate with strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows software such as Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook. *Maintain effective work relationships both internally and externally. *At least 5 years of banking experience with strong exposure to construction lending administration. 2 year college degree a plus.
