A Construction Manager carries out project duties as established by the Project Manager or Manager of Construction. The objective is to produce a result (site management, data analysis and conclusions, as-built final report, recommendations, etc.) which satisfies the client's needs. Perform related responsibilities as assigned. Oversee and manage multiple concurrent construction projects.
BS plus 11 years experience or equivalent experience.
Needs to be certified as a SHSO Level C min. Attend 1st Aid and CPR Classes. 40 hr. trained safety officer.
Outside of Firm
Federal, state, and local agencies to learn of business leads, acquire data, and ask questions.
