We are searching for Project Administrators to join our construction group. The Project Administrator is responsible for supporting the day-to-day administration of all construction projects. He/she will assure that work proceeds on schedule and to the required quality. The Project Administrator will work to maintain project progress and communications with the Project Coordinators, Renovation Supervisors, and Accounting Team. Projects range from new construction through to renovations at commercial and multi-family properties throughout Virginia and North Carolina. Experience is preferred: the hires will be focused on project administration and the clerical aspects of the work: time entry, invoice processing, project updates. Competence in email & excel, comfortable with learning other software. An appreciation of the finer aspects of construction is preferred as is an understanding of construction scheduling and procurement. Degree preferred and /or relevant experience.
