Acts as Owner's Representative of management of residential construction in Los Angeles from early design through bid to completion of project. Implements construction contracts, monitor schedules and project costs.

Monitor construction schedules and budgets
Manages, coordinates and reviews the work or architects, engineers, general contractors, and other contractors.
Support change order negotiations.
Ensure that construction activities move according to pre-determined schedule.
Monitor the progress of all construction activities on a regular basis.
Engage with contractor(s) and A/E group in regular meetings.
Interface with public agencies relative to permitting and approvals.
Make field decisions in matters affecting planning, supervision, personnel, costs, safety, quality control.
Participate in updating monthly financial reports and other reporting to internal and external partners.
Review monthly pay applications.
Work closely with assigned safety representative.
Work experience 8-10 years minimum. Education Undergraduate degree required in related field of study.
