Sacramento based general construction firm, specializing in government contract work, is looking for an experienced Project Manager to manage several jobs in Northern California.
Responsibilities include project planning, estimating, forecasting, scheduling, and providing technical management and coordination of project resources. Responsible for overall project success by ensuring quality, safety, timeliness, fiscal responsibility and client satisfaction.
Ideal candidate would have at least 15 years of Project Management experience managing multi-site construction projects ranging in size from $1M to $10M for Military and Federal Government facilities. Must have strategic problem solving skills, strong organizational and time management skills, excellent oral and written communication skills and strong leadership and management skills. Design build experience and a Construction Management or Engineering degree highly desirable.
