Demonstrates thorough knowledge and understanding of relevant clinical operations, products and services
Participates in or leads clinical pre-sales support, assessment and evaluation of new products and services
Participates in or leads the post-sales assessment, design, implementation and monitoring of new products and services
Develops, plans and manages customer training programs
Serves as lead consultant and resource to internal and external customers
Makes recommendations that will drive customer acceptance and utilization of new products and services
Identifies and communicates opportunities for product improvement using direct customer feedback
Has in-depth experience, knowledge and skills in own job family
Applies knowledge and skills to a wide range of standard and non-standard situations

Job Family Summary
Clinical Operations is responsible for supporting the timely and quality sale, installation and monitoring of CareFusion products and services; may also provide product and service education to facilitate technology adoption and workflow change management.
Experienced CareFusion Per Diem Clinical Consultant highly desired.
Undergrad required;Advanced degree preferred
4-6 years of experience in related field
Current active RN license
Prior leadership role in nursing preferred; nurse educator also a plus
75% regional and/or national travel required
Ideal candidate will reside in the Northeast, Midwest or Southern United States near a major airport.
Must provide proof of, and maintain current immunizations and obtain additional immunizations appropriate for the facility which enables access to customer sites in order to perform essential job functions. Proofs must include: Hepatitis B, Influenza (current year), MMR (mumps, measles, rubella), Varicella (chicken pox) Annual TB/PPD (skin test), Tetanus/Diphtheria/Pertussis.
