The Time Warner Cable Corporate office currently seeks a/an EEO Regulatory Compliance Consultant for our HR Department. Below please find a brief description of the essential duties and responsibilities required to function successfully in this position.

Position Summary
The EEO/Regulatory Compliance Consultant position ensures TWC is in compliance with state and federal regulatory agency reporting requirements, including but not limited to, the OFCCP, DOL, FCC and USCIS. The EEO/Regulatory Compliance Consultant will ensure continued compliance with evolving laws, regulations, policies and standards.

Essential Job Functions:

Extracts and analyzes applicants, hires, promotion and termination data, reviews and verifies data validity; imports data into reporting tools, provides on-going data analysis and audit support
Directly supports the development of affirmative action plans using PeopleSoft, Peoplefluent CAAMS and additional sources of data.
Educates recruiting organization and operations leadership on AAP requirements and how day to day tasks impact the affirmative action plans.
Prepare, interpret and present information on Affirmative Action and goals for each plan/location.
Reviews and formats statistical portion of affirmative action plans plan including data for applicants, hires, promotions, terminations, compensation and existing workforce. Statistical methods include whole person, 80 percent rule and impact ratio analysis.
Prepare the narrative portions of the affirmative action plans plan with local HR leadership.
Prepare, interprets and presents information as it relates to affirmative action goals for each plan/location.
Prepare, analyze, and submit federal employment data into reporting systems as required, including the annual EEO-1, FCC 396-C and VETS-100A reports.
Keep current on regulations and best practices utilizing a variety of sources, benchmarking and industry networks
Develop tools and reports to assist operations leadership with compliance
Prepare AAP data and narrative materials for OFCCP audit submissions
Prepare documentation and data for FCC audit submissions.
Job Requirements:

Bachelors' degree in Human Resources or related discipline, or equivalent combination of education and experience
Recent, relevant experience in human resources or HRIS with direct accountability for assimilating regulatory reports
Extensive experience assimilating data from disparate HR systems to generate reports.
Technical competence - extensive working knowledge of equal employment opportunity concepts
