The Opportunity

Eduventures is seeking an experienced consultant with project management skills who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic business environment.

The Consultant will play a key role across the organization designing, managing, and implementing large-scale projects and consulting engagements. The Consultant will be responsible for independently executing research and consulting projects from beginning to end (project kick-off to delivery of final results); managing project teams; conducting data collection, analysis, client recommendations, deliverable development; and managing ongoing client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Key responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to:

Overseeing and contributing to large-scale projects, consulting engagements, and project teams

Managing and/or executing projects flawlessly – on time and on budget – independently or in concert with others, including senior subject matter experts

Developing well-founded, evidence-based, and actionable recommendations to clients that are aligned with their objectives and goals

Presenting results to clients in writing and through virtual and on-site presentations

Expanding the team’s research competencies with new methodologies and instruments

Required Experience:

Exceptional project management skills; proven ability to successfully manage and deliver multiple projects on-time, on-budget, and with high quality

Proven ability to help organizations think through and solve business problems

Ability to independently define inquiries, scope and frame issues, and select appropriate research techniques and methodologies

Strong quantitative and analytical skills

Experience in presentation and report building, story boarding, and synthesis of information

Strong presentation and communication skills (both oral and written)

Demonstrated attention to detail and history of accountability for results

Proven self-management skills including the ability to manage multiple priorities

Professional interest in education, especially higher education

Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred

3+ years of experience

This is a full-time, salaried role with benefits, based in our Boston office.
