Our Global Healthcare Practice is undergoing significant growth. We are seeking Consultants who are highly interested in and have industry or consulting experience in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and medical device segments within the Healthcare market. The primary responsibility of the consultant is to gather and analyze market and operational data in the context of client needs and to develop actionable business and marketing strategies and operations improvement plans in collaboration with both junior and senior members of the case team.

Position Responsibilities:
Handles challenging situations and seeks out solutions that address the client’s issues while developing recommendations that are actionable.

Conducts quantitative and qualitative analyses, collects and analyzes data from both secondary and primary sources, and articulately speaks with global opinion leaders.

Possesses strong pharmaceutical, biotechnology and/or medical device industry knowledge and is able to effectively integrate new and existing knowledge into the healthcare practice client deliverables.

Demonstrates expertise in financial modeling and valuation analytics, including model creation, development of key assumptions, documentation, and application of financial models to simulate strategic options and provide an evidence base for senior level decision-making and prioritization of investments

Prepares effective summaries and excels verbally in presenting to clients.

Successfully plans, completes, and produces own sections of final deliverables.

Position Qualifications:
MBA, MD or other PhD Degree from a top academic institution is required (others need NOT apply)

Undergraduate degree in science and / or engineering

Minimum of 5 years work experience directly relevant to the healthcare and/or management consulting industry.

Highly analytical and intellectually aggressive.

High achiever and demonstrated entrepreneurial spirit

Strong interpersonal and oral/written communication skills.
Outstanding work ethic, highly effective working both independently and in group settings.

High energy level, sense of urgency, creativity, decisiveness, ability to work well under pressure (“street smarts and boardroom polish”).

Unquestionable integrity, credibility and character with demonstrated high moral and ethical behavior.

Willing and available to travel up to 50%.
