Receptionist and data entry
Duties and Responsibilities:
Act as receptionist for the sixth floor; respond to routine inquiries, and direct members/visitors to appropriate individuals.
Receive and distribute mail for the sixth floor. Coordinate the distribution of informational materials, reports, memoranda, correspondence, etc.
Responsible for the release of funds to dealers for loans closed at the branches.
Responsible for entering the appropriate information to the VINtek tracking system.
Perform other duties as assigned. Qualification Requirements:
Education - High school graduate or equivalent.
Experience Required - Not Applicable
Skills - Six months general clerical experience that includes direct public contact. Prior receptionist and/or secretarial experience preferred. Ability to type 40 wpm and use of 10-key adding machine or calculator may be required. Must be articulate and possess the ability to communicate well with the public via telephone and in person.
Tenure - Consumer Lending Receptionist II, category 16, requires six months tenure in the Consumer Lending Receptionist I position with performance that meets or exceeds expectations. Directly related work experience and/or accelerated training completion may be substituted for tenure.
