Job SUMMARY: The Consumer Marketing Manager will be responsible for assisting with the strategy and executing the implementation of integrated marketing programs designed to drive leads, brand awareness, and customer upsell and retention. The Consumer Marketing Manager will focus on developing and executing various activities including website, mobile website, landing pages, newsletters, email campaigns, presentations and more. The Consumer Marketing Manager will work cross-functionally to ensure that all marketing efforts are organized and executed on-time with accurate performance tracking. The ideal candidate will have outstanding writing and project management skills, excellent attention to detail, and a can-do attitude. How you will contribute: - Assist with the creation and manage the development of website marketing materials including all consumer facing website content, landing pages and mobile websites - Assist with the organization, automation and management or all consumer and customer relationship management programs to support identified company and team goals - Work with agencies, vendors and internal teams to develop consumer -oriented interpretations of market trends and other marketing aids as needed - Conduct regular reviews and perform updates to ensure that all website and customer relationship management content is kept current - Measure and track the performance of all programs and communications, driving optimizations tactics as needed to achieve goals- Ensure consistent and relevant messaging and positioning across all programs and communications - Champion internal and external branding requirements to effectively position the company - Develop and maintain consumer and customer focused communications calendar - Maintain strong agency and vendor relationships- Work closely with full marketing team including Channel Marketing and Creative Services - Coordinate project components with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Sales, Product Management, Development and outside agencies.- Contribute to other programs and company projects as needed - Focus on building consumer and customer communications, , improving brand awareness and driving revenue with all efforts
Requirements: - 5+ years marketing experience, additional communications experience preferred- Outstanding interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills- Ability to develop and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external parties- Proven attention to detail, highly organized- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment- Experience working successfully with cross-functional teams- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet constant deadlines- Very comfortable with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)- Exact Target, or similar email platform experience a plus- Experience working with a CRM system a plus- Experience with Social media including Facebook and Twitter- Proactive, creative, detail-oriented, and self-motivated- Calm in the face of pressure, energetic, and excited about new technology- BA/BS in Marketing, Communications, or related field
