Job Summary :
Under the direct supervision of the Director Consumer Outreach, this individual will be responsible for executing marketing projects and performing administrative tasks to help drive marketing campaigns and programs.
Responsibilities
Effectively traffic the workflow of marketing projects within marketing team as well as at an interdepartmental level, with the ability to meet tight and often competing deadlines
Assisting with media planning, purchasing and placement
Effectively track expenditures commensurate consumer marketing budgets
Assist in the execution of print production, often serving as liaison between vendors
Oversee and maintain editorial calendar, working closely with the consumer team and outside vendors to ensure deadlines are met
Assist in the development and management of marketing project calendars
Conduct “best practices” research as needed to successfully leverage ACE programs, products and brand
Utilize the CRM system and internal database as an essential marketing tool, and pulling web analytics to measure the success of marketing campaigns
Oversee inventory of marketing and corporate collateral, including but not limited to: brochures, rack cards, datasheets, direct mail pieces, letterhead, packaging slips and envelopes
Serving as the “go to” individual for executing administrative tasks for the consumer outreach department
Posting ACE-related news articles and press releases to the web, as well as intranet announcements as requested by HR
Assisting in writing and editing marketing materials which include brochures, information sheets, articles, presentations, and other collateral.
Providing assistance in terms of logistics for tradeshows and events, including assembling media packets and materials
Providing administrative aid for various projects related to market, which could include project meetings schedule, minutes of meeting and related correspondence.
Validating and fulfilling request for information and marketing, tracking emails and requests.
