Position Summary
A Consumer Relations Representative takes inbound phonecalls from consumers regarding their credit report and will respond to emailed,mailed, and faxed disputes. The Consumer Relations Representative will workwith consumer to answer questions they may have about their credit report aswell as send any disputes to the appropriate credit bureaus. It the ConsumerRelations team members responsibility to follow-up with the consumer with theresults of the disputes findings. The focus of the position is to help theconsumer while following the FCRA and internal guidelines and procedures.

Job responsibilities include the following:
Communicating information to internal and external customers in a professional and upbeat manner to ensure they have a great experience
Answering consumers questions on their credit reports and submitting disuputes utilizing phones, emails, mailings, and faxes to complete
Generating accurate responses to customers, maintaining quality, productivity and time service standards
Maintaining a very positive attitude on the phone
Exhibiting empathy for the customers problem and understanding his or her needs
Troubleshooting customers problems and developing solutions
Developing an understanding of CBCInnovis proprietary software and third-party software that interface with our systems
Managing ones own unresolved issues with customers and working with colleagues, senior representatives, and management to provide solutions
