Our Consumer Relations Department handles all of our consumer contacts – everything from helping people find our products to sending coupons or helping them solve any product issues. As the front line spokesmen for Turkey Hill Dairy, the Consumer Relations Rep promotes Turkey Hill Dairy products, as well as to decide when to redirect a call to get the correct response.
Essential Job Functions :
Respond appropriately to calls, emails and letters received from consumers.
Diagnose and solve level one-type issues, such as a product issue or finding a sales location near the consumer that carries the product.
Determine if a phone call should be sent to Team Leader or manager for assistance.
Document and report on any trends that would affect the company or department.
Assist with all department procedures, such as preparing mailings, inventory, supply ordering, etc.
Qualifications for this position include:
High School Diploma or equivalent
1-3 years of prior experience in a high call volume call center or related business area are strongly preferred.
Strong communication skills (oral, written, computer) are required
Prior database experience strongly preferred.
