Summary:

Supervises and coordinates activities of workers providing telephone customer support services by performing the following duties.

Under the direction of the Call Center Manager coordinate sales programs to increase department sales. Responsible for all aspects of the department’s sales by motivating and leading all associates in the department to meet or exceed goals. Manage performance objectives of the associates by one on one coaching and developing. Assumes responsibility for day-to day operations of the department in the manager’s absence.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

Directly supervises 10-15 employees in the Telephone Customer Service Center. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
