The Content Administrator is accountable to collect, audit, and analyze medical content and provider data with the vision to become the best mobile resource for consumers in the healthcare industry. This position reports directly to the Product Manager for Content and Clinical Solutions, and works within a small content team.
Collect, audit, and analyze provider / facility data using in-house data management tools.
Assist with gathering information sources for data expansion for new initiatives and new markets
Research, audit and maintain customer database
Engage prospective customers through education about products and services, if appropriate, hand-off the sale leads.
Lead opportunities for future projects
Perform other duties as assigned to reach company goals
The highest level of education desired for candidates in this position is a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
