The Content Analyst is responsible for development and maintenance of Fee for Service content within the Next Generation Desktop. P rimary duties may include, but are not limited to:
Provides subject matter expertise in the development and revision of the technical English desktop scripting, correspondence letters and reference materials.
Maintains and improves all NGD desktop content maintenance functions.
Manages content tasks and supports Project Manager in deployment of NGD correspondence application to Medicare Contractors.
Builds, updates, and improves the government’s agent and partner database on the NGD desktop.
Uses NGD software knowledge base to pull reports to perform inbound script, correspondence and reference material topic analysis.
Communicate strategies and analysis on call center future visions with senior management.
Researches legislative changes and incorporate into call center desktop operations.
Conducts training, field tests and focus groups on Medicare target groups both in person and through web surveys.
Updates and maintains NGD coding system for version control and work on projects as needed.
Requires a BA/BS in a related field, quality and client focused, 3-5 years of related Medicare experience in government information analysis, contractual assignment and NGD desktop software knowledge; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.

Experience using Microsoft office tools required
Some travel required
Experience with work flow diagramming and/or process mapping preferred (i.e. Visio)
