The Content Analyst position is primarily focused on providing support to the Investor Relations & Client Reporting teams. The position is focused on providing the qualitative/written content necessary for standard investor / prospect deliverables and requires advanced high level understanding of the industry and advanced written skills. The individual must have the ability to work with the research team, senior management and investment personnel in order to compile, refine and draft market-related commentary for standard investor/prospect deliverables. These deliverables include:
  • DDQ
  • Quarterly updates
  • Monthly Letters
  • Annual outlook
  • RFPs
  • Questionnaires

In addition, the Analyst will be responsible for working with all internal departments at the firm, including the investment, technology, operations, legal and compliance teams to compile relevant information necessary to create materials or reports to assist senior personnel in their sales and client service efforts.

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
  • Interact with research analysts and broader investment team to aggregate relevant information needed to draft:
    • monthly, quarterly and annual market related commentaries
    • content for firm update materials
  • Draft responses for RFPs and questionnaires & assist in coordinating completion process
  • Assist in quarterly DDQ updates
  • Update and maintain internal sales and RFP response database
  • Update and maintain content for Arden’s website
  • Fulfill platform-specific reporting requirements and requests
  • Assist with ad-hoc analysis and client service related projects
  • Assist with distribution of client reporting requirements and external communications, including:
    • performance estimates for current and prospective investors and consultants
    • monthly, quarterly and annual investor letters and mailings
