Job Description:
JOB DESCRIPTION is currently recruiting for a Content Marketing Manager, responsible for leading the development of evergreen small business video and document content. The Content Marketing Manager will need to have strong communication skills for interactions with various departments. Individuals will maintain high standards for execution and attention to detail, on budget and on time. The Content Marketing Manager will report to the Director of Marketing.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead content strategy and implementation: scoping, planning and delivering best in class customer facing content.
Manage the creation, development and effective use of engaging content across all touch points
Driving improvements in both commercial and engagement metrics
Optimize content to improve search engine ranking, visitation and conversion
Lead internal teams to improve digital content development and ensure effective placement across internal and external distribtuion channels to engage with target customer segments
Manage relationships with writers/freelancers to ensure an efficient and effective service is being provided


Bachelor’s degree in marketing, journalism, technical writing or related field
A minimum of 5 years of marketing experience
Experience managing content production for high traffic websites
Experience writing, editing and publishing for electronic (web-based) and social media formats
Experience with content management systems
An understanding of enterprise marketing technologies
Attention to detail, highly organized, and flexible
Excellent project management skills including the ability to organize and prioritize work across a team of contributors
Ability to establish and nurture relationships with subject matter experts
Strong communication skills with an emphasis on writing, web content and social media development.
Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills.
Proven flexibility and the ability to juggle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced office environment.
Experience in web design and navigation a plus
