GuideSpark has a rapidly growing Customer Success Team that can offer a lot of opportunity for the right person. We're looking for a Content Production Specialist to step into our busy start-up environment and hit the ground running. Here's how to know if that person might be you: you've got some experience with digital content and excellent written communications skills. And, let's not forget your stellar attention to detail. Errors? Typos? Not on your watch. You know how to effectively manage your time and crank up the output when you need to. You like the idea of learning new content development skills in writing and design, and you're excited to hone the ones you already have.
  • Responsibilities:
  • Produce rich and engaging videos on a number of HR Communications topics
  • Customize written scripts and PowerPoint presentations to customer specifications
  • Perform a rigorous QA process to ensure quality, error-free work every time
  • Collaborate with a growing Customer Success Team works to ensure total customer satisfaction
  • Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree, Liberal Arts major preferred or equivalent experience (recent grads will be considered)
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Outstanding written communications skills
  • Experience using Microsoft PowerPoint
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects
  • Ability to be flexible and adapt quickly in a fast-paced, start-up environment
  • Energetic and pro-active: a driven, self-starter who can work independently and as part of a team
  • Desire to do all of the above while developing professionally and being part of team that likes to have fun while working hard together
  • Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with content development – either visual or written
  • Proofreading or QA experience
  • Experience with educational or e-learning content
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite
  • Adept at learning new software packages and able to research and assess technology tools used in the creation and distribution of multimedia content (i.e., video recording/encoding tools and multimedia production software)
