As a Content Strategist you will be responsible for enhancing the brand by developing content strategies and managing consumer engagement programs aimed at raising awareness of, interest in, and participation in digital brand marketing experiences with an emphasis on social interactions. You will be responsible for conceiving innovative, community-enhancing digital marketing programs across multiple digital platforms, briefing third party vendors on concepts, managing projects through implementation, and evaluating/reporting program performance against key indicators. You will analyze marketing spend with an eye towards business objectives. In this role, you will lead editorial planning, content management, and deployment (including those managed by third parties); and, you will participate in vendor negotiations. You will be charged with translating ideas and concepts into real experiences by acting as the bridge between content producers and the implementation and optimization teams.


Bachelor’s degree preferably in business, information technology, or marketing plus a minimum of 6 years of digital marketing experience. Work experience with an emphasis on content strategy and social technologies/platforms required.

Extensive experience in planning, implementing and evaluating digital brand engagement initiatives deployed using social technologies and platforms.

Must be able to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization. Strong written, oral communication skills. Editorial skills also required.

Ability to multi-task and manage multiple processes and web development projects at one time.

Flexible and adaptable to changing needs and trends.

Experience managing external vendors and business partners.

Strong computer and technology skills including: Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube.

Time management skills are essential.
