Answer incoming calls and email requests from patients to schedule appointments and answer billing questions while providing superior customer service.
QUALIFICATIONS: You should be detail oriented and have dental background to understand the complexity of scheduling our patients for their hygiene appointments. Improvis skills would be a plus! Patient service is our focus.
JOB DESCRIPTION: · Receive and respond skillfully to all patients questions and concerns · Return all email message and phone message from patients the same day, or when the patient dictates · Monitor hygiene schedules to maximize efficient use of time. · Call current patients to attempt to fill all openings in the hygiene schedules and maintain full and efficient schedules each day. Goal is 90%+ efficient. · Provide excellent customer service to all internal and external customers. · Ensure superior customer service for both the hygienists and patients · Feel empowered to ensure the customer’s needs are met. Go above and beyond to help every patient. All other duties as assigned by manager.

Wed 11:00am – 8:00pm
TH 9:00am– 6:00pm (Every Other)
Fri 12:00pm– 5:00pm (Every other)
Sat 9:30am – 2:30pm
