We would like to share a full-time opportunity that is immediately available with AVI Foodsystems, Inc in Warren, OH!Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to: Create, implement and execute account contracts for the Dining, Education, Healthcare and Vending Divisions Analyze account information, such as financials, size, number of locations, whether the account has dining, to draft the account contract Ensure all contracts accurately portray the account, including the BPR, proposal, and financial terms, and be able to differentiate between types of accounts Work closely with the field operators on requests for contracts, including reviewing drafts, ensuring account information and commitments are accurate, validating financial arrangements Develop contracts prompted by AVI for circumstances such as protection (i.e. investment, advanced commission, signing bonus, vending investment) Understand and have a deep knowledge of each contract as it is developed; meet with the CFO to review and authorize contracts Analyze requirements requested by client and understand what AVI can and cannot commit to Collaborate with departments to understand commitments in contract and how they could affect AVI; revise any commitments AVI is not able to make Negotiate contract with client until both parties come to an agreement
Qualifications: Prepare Account Contracts using Microsoft Office Word Must write contracts clearly and concisely so there is no room for interpretation and so they are easily understood Understand legal terms, as some clients have corporate lawyers draft contracts, and must be able to review for contractual clauses that could potentially negatively impact AVI, such as hold harmless', indemnification', equipment amortization', or oblige AVI, such as clauses regarding background checks or drug testing Successfully complete paralegal training is preferred but not required Must have effective communication skills Must be extremely detail-oriented Must be accurate and efficient; able to be thorough in a quick manner Able to work in a fast-paced, multi-tasking manner Able to prioritize pending and incoming projects based on urgency and client needsAVI is proud of its team members and appreciates the hard work, loyalty, and committed service they provide every day, which is why we offer the following: Competitive wages; commensurate with experience Health, Life, Dental and Vision coverage available for full-time team members 401 (k) with a generous company match Paid vacation and holiday time Advancement opportunities We conduct pre-employment testing and are proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
