Bachelor’s degree; Master’s degree is preferred.

5 year’s relative experience in Supply Chain, Sourcing, procurement or inventory management required.

Knowledge of ERP systems is preferred.

Experience with eProcurement and electronic sourcing systems is desired.

Job Description:
The Contract Administrator is responsible for coordination activities regarding the management and review of procurement contracting documents, material pricing, terms and conditions, contract compliance, and sourcing related activities. The Contract Administrator will participate in RFx processes, bid analyst, supplier reviews, and administration of sourcing related systems and activities as well as identification of cost saving opportunities. The Contract Administrator will support the Contract Management team by providing data analytics, preparation of Sourcing documents, and oversee the execution of contract terms and conditions. The Contract Administrator will support the procurement organization by ensuring accurate pricing on contracts, supporting the Procure to Pay process, and liaising with Accounts Payables.
