Responsibilities will include maintaining contract files; managing distribution of documents to multiple Contractors and government officials; providing copying, scanning, couriering to local offices and archiving functions for contract documents; maintaining the filing system, updating databases (Prolog), tracking and processing submittals, RFI's, daily reports, correspondence, invoices, change orders, meeting minutes, monthly reports, etc. Individual will work directly with client in client office space and will visit client projects weekly ; must ensure client satisfaction. Provide other information as requested. Knowledge of databases (Prolog preferred), MS Excel and MS Word required.
Training and Experience
We prefer a minimum of 10 years administrative experience to include 3 years of construction project experience. Candidate must be able to secure a government clearance and be a US citizen. Ideal candidate will have in depth Microsoft Office experience with construction management firms in New York area.
Other Essential Functions
Must be physically fit to visit construction sites, able to lift up to 20 pounds, walk short distances, ability to access NYC mass transportation and utilize local shuttles.
