The Contracts & Counsel Department within Sikorsky Aerospace Services includes attorneys, commercial contracts professionals, US Government contracts professionals, and export/import compliance professionals.

The group works collaboratively to provide first class service to its clients and is seeking a talented candidate to join the team.

The selected candidate will be responsible for performing Contract Administration duties associated with US Government aftermarket contracts and proposals. Specific tasks include:

Contract administration program support (proposal support, contract review, contract change processing, correspondence and closeout).

Promoting an ethics-based business culture within SAS, reviewing contract terms for compliance with laws and company policies, and developing working relationships with internal business teams.

Developing a working knowledge of FAR and DFARS requirements.

Actively participating in SAS and C&C ACE initiatives.

BA/BS degree w/3-5+ years experience. Lesser experience will be considered for entry level.
MA/MS degree w/1-2+ years experience.

Experience in US Government contract administration is preferred.
Familiararity with FAR and DFARS requirements is preferred.
Candidate must have effective verbal and written communication skills.

A limited amount of travel may be required.
Contact with customers commensurate with skill level.
