The Contract Advisor will be responsible for Supplier Qualification, Sourcing, Contract Formulation and Post Contract Award Activities for the sub-categories assigned.
Responsibilities for this position may include but are not limited to:
Lead all Bids/Tenders and Contract Development activities related to the sub-categories assigned
Establish and manage contracting plans in alignment with CBRES business strategies.
Champion Category Management value creation
Ensure Regional strategy alignment
Development of supplier management plan and related KPI's and scorecards.
Accountable for advising on or leading all detailed commercial clarifications and negotiations with suppliers
including SME liaison and endorsement
Ensure that commercial models negotiated will result in transactable contracts and will maximize priced line item
Use Ariba Contracts system for Contract Creation and Depository
Accountable for the Ariba Buyer Catalog creation, maintenance activities, and spend channel management.
Use Ariba eSourcing Application for Bids/Tenders as relevant
Create and manage Scorecards using Biznet as relevant
Champion the use of CPDEP and lead all "strategic sourcing" activities for the assigned sub categories
Direct Business Analyst on analyses needed to understand and manage the category and conduct strategic
Guide Category Team in the preparation, execution and maintenance of category plans and strategies for assigned
Minimum of 5 years of Supply Chain Management/Procurement experience.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Experience in Negotiations/Contracts/SOW.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Ability to build relationships.
Strong teamwork skills.
Strong analytical skills.
Experience with Organizing and Planning/Process Management.
