Overview:

Work with customers’ procurement departments, sales managers, and in-house counsel to draft contracts and other documents for Executive approval and execution. This includes managing the contracting process while advocating Xactware’s interests through finding mutually agreeable solutions to contract terms.

Responsibilities:

Essential functions:

  • Drafting agreements and collaborating on modifications with customers
  • Responsible for coordination of customer contract processes and post signature compliance
  • Assist the executive in creating, revising and finalizing customer contracts
  • Create comprehensive reports monthly on existing contracts


  • Qualifications:

    Job Qualifications:
    • Associate’s degree (A.A.), and/or paralegal certificate, related degree, or 3-5 years of related experience
    • Excellent written and communication skills
    • Must think logically and quickly
    • Ability to understand nuanced feedback and respond precisely
    • Candidate must possess strong interpersonal, administrative and organizational skills, be detail-oriented and have the ability to prioritize and manage workload
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Word required
    • BS Degree and legal contracting / paralegal experience preferred
