Active license to practice in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
Graduation (JD) from an accredited U.S. law school.
Ability to successfully pass standard background screening process.
Previous document review experience required. Previous experience such as team lead responsibilities or management of a QC or Privilege Log Team a plus.
Background and experience in business disciplines such as finance, accounting, mortgage, compliance, or investment a plus.
Candidates for our projects must be prepared to supply the following information:
3 professional references from colleagues who either supervised your legal work or have worked with you on a legal team in the last 18 months.
Notification of any upcoming commitments (work, travel, personal) for the next 3 months.
Proof of bar license.
