The Illinois Division of PulteGroup Inc., is looking for a Contract Coordinator to work in our office located in Schaumburg, IL. This position is responsible for processing contracts, invoices and other related financial system data management.
Manage vendor contracting and invoicing process
Manage Land Development Budget Support (Updating Schedules and Contracts)
Coordinate and Report Action items for Each Quarterly LDA Review Requiring a quarterly audit of all GA Community Land Development Books
Manage Lot Costs
Perform other administrative and office support duties as needed
Create and reconcile community lots
Coordinate New Land Vendor Setup Processing
Manage Insurance Requirement status of land vendors
Maintain records retention requirements for land documents
Manage and maintain mail room, copy rooms and office supplies
Assist other Coordinators with obtaining Permits for the construction Department
Assist other Coordinators with MLS Listings for the Sales Department
Assist other coordinators with Closings for the Accounting Department
Contirbutes through independent work at the individual level and through direction given by Manager, Director's and Vice President.

Previous experience in Homebuilding preferred.
