Shoes for Crews is recruiting hardworking, self-motivated, and responsible Contract Call Center Representatives to join our team. We are seeking Call Center professionals that uphold and exemplify the company mission statement in order to consistently WOW our customers.
The primary responsibility will be to take a high volume of calls to assist customers in placing orders.
Speak with customers concerning orders, returns, shipping, products, and billing
Receive and enter phone orders
Offer and sell similar or featured products
Handle all calls in a professional manner
Minimum 1 year Call Center experience
Clear, articulate, friendly voice
Strong customer service skills
Type between 30-40 WPM
MUST BE FLEXIBLE; 24 X 7 CALL CENTER OPERATION INCLUDES 1ST, 2ND, AND 3RD SHIFTS. ONE WEEKEND DAY INCLUDED IN MOST SHIFTS.
