Supervisory position. Responsibilities include assisting guests at Guest Relations front gate, arcade and the Gift Shop. Cleaning facility, guest surveys, inventory, season passes, tours of park, cash handling, repairing games, monitoring guests at front gate, assisting with special events, answering phones and filing and will assist in processing the Waterpark payroll and will use NaviLine to process work orders. Requires standing for long periods of time and working in the elements. Must attend in-service training. Performs other duties as assigned by Manager/Supervisor(s).

Individuals assigned to this classification must report to work per their assigned schedule. Parks and Recreation staff must be willing to work days, evenings, weekends and holidays as assigned.


High School diploma/ GED required. Must be at least 18 years of age. Certifications in Rec Trac Training and Certified Agency Buyer (CAB) Training preferred. Public relation skills, office management, cash handling, and computer skills required. Must complete CAB training program and Learn to Swim Instructor program within six (6) months of hire. Must be able to deal with the public in a professional manner.
