GoDaddy.com is seeking an experienced Contract Recruiter to assist our Talent Acquisition team in our Gilbert office. This person will be responsible for sourcing, screening and selecting top level talent for our team of Internet Consultants. The successful candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced, technology environment.
Preference will be given to candidates that have a well rounded Human Resources background with an emphasis on high volume recruiting.
What does the job entail?
Facilitating high-volume sourcing, interviewing and discussions with hiring groups in order to meet hiring needs
Researching, planning, marketing and executing hiring events to ensure a targeted pipeline of qualified candidates
Partnering with Public Relations and Marketing teams to ensure event success and conveying our employer brand
Ensuring success by making innovative, data-sound and measurable recommendations to ensure our strategic recruiting plan execution
Providing a proactive and high level of customer service to our internal and external customers
Ensuring strong internal and external candidate experience through full life cycle recruiting, sourcing to on boarding
Ensuring all actions demonstrate understanding of HR and legal issues impacting hiring and staffing
Representing Go Daddy in the community to enhance Go Daddy’s reputation as an employer of choice
Conveying passion for the Go Daddy employer brand to effectively promote career opportunities
Do you have what it takes?
3-7 years experience in an exempt level Recruiting role, high-volume recruiting preferred
Bachelors’ Degree strongly preferred; Business, Human Resources, Marketing or related degree preferred
Human Resources Generalist background and PHR preferred
Strong MS Office skills are required; experience with an Applicant Tracking System preferred
Must demonstrate a very high level of professionalism with excellent interpersonal and organization skills
Ability to plan and multi-task without sacrifice to deliverables
Ability to passionately represent Go Daddy in the community and market our employer brand
Must be an executor with a bottom-line, action-oriented, continuous improvement mentality
Willing to travel off location for Recruiting events and at times work past 6 PM as event schedules dictate
