Higher One is now hiring home based customer service agents for our busiest season. We have a position open for a seasonal Recruiter to hire customer service agents for our unique hiring model - home based agents. We recruit in several states across the country and are seeking to fill around 350 -500 customer service reps. This recruiter will be working alongside the human resource department in our office in New Haven. This is a full time, temporary position, Monday through Friday and the assignment will last approximately until the end of August 2013.
Utilize our ATS, Hirebridge to manage candidate flow.
Conduct phone interviews
Select candidates for hire.
Process background checks and use customer service screening tools.
Select and assign appropriate work schedules
Extend job offers.
Collect and check for accuracy all new hire paperwork assemble new hire employee files
Strong phone interviewing skills
Able to process a high number of applications per day
Well organized and good eye for details
ATS experience necessary
Prior experience hiring for high volume call center, work at home or temporary positions
3-5 years previous recruiting experience.
Temporary staffing experience a plus or high volume hourly recruiting.
