The Staffing Specialist is a member of the HR Services team, reporting to the Director of Staffing. This position will partner with hiring managers, administrators and other staffing specialists to drive a consistent hiring process ensure quality hiring decisions and meet the university's mission regarding diversity and inclusion. The staffing specialist also participates in client-driven cross-functional teams, led by the Senior HR Managers within Employee Relations.
