The Contract Recruiter will function as part of the recruiting division and primarily be responsible for attracting the top talent to build ReachLocal’s next generation of Internet Marketing Consultants.
Job Skills & Responsibilities:
· Ability to effectively manage the recruitment and hiring process from start to completion including, but not limited to:
o Develop candidate pool through fresh/blind name generation
o Direct recruit passive candidates almost exclusively
o Display aptitude to recruit passive candidates with the ability to pre-screen and “profile” for a fit rather than sell a role
o Demonstrate effective closing ability through the compensation explanation to acceptance of an offer
o Be proactive in exploring new sources of research for developing applicant pool by means of the internet, social media and other on-line capabilities
· Proven ability to articulate in a written format strategies surrounding hiring goals within a measurable system while tracking results and identifying problematic areas in advance
· Proven ability to orchestrate time management in handling the recruitment and hiring of multiple position types in a time sensitive environment
· 2-3 years of experience in a recruiting role with a proven track record of success
